Returns/Exchanges/Sales Policy


Returns:

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Essense Boutique:


*You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within the 7 days to attain a Return Authorization Number. Once you are outside the 7 calendar day window, all sales will be final.

*Items must be sent back in the original condition: unworn, tags attached and free of smoke smell or odor. 

*Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. A trackable shipping service or insured shipping is recommended. Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated and processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

*If you receive the incorrect product or item is damaged, an exchange for the same product will be offered. You will be 3 calendar days from the date package is received to contact us. Please contact customer service at 512-270-8495 and we will gladly be able to assist.

Sale Items:

*All items that are on sale will be final purchases. Items are ineligible for a return.
